our Swans

Our Mute Swans are known for their classic snow-white feathers, graceful curved necks, and distinctive orange bills. Despite their name, they aren’t completely silent! They communicate through soft calls, hisses, and body language and are especially impressive as they glide effortlessly across the water.

Our Australian Black Swans are impossible to miss. Native to Australia, these exotic swans have dramatic black plumage accented by bright white flight feathers and striking red bills. Their graceful appearance and more vocal personalities make them a favorite around the farm.

Together, our Mute and Australian Black Swans are an important part of the diverse collection of exotic waterfowl at Swittz Creek Farm. We take pride in raising and caring for these magnificent birds and love giving visitors and followers a glimpse into their lives on the farm. Check in from time to time for cygnets and/or placement of adult birds.
